French Coconut Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 tablespoon(s) butter, melted (1/2 stick)
2 - eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
3/4 cup(s) sugar
3 1/2 ounce(s) can shredded sweetened coconut (about 1 cup)
1 cup(s) milk
1 - unbaked pie shell

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake until firm about 45 to 60 minutes.
