French Bread Pizzas with Burrata image

The secret to the best-ever French bread pizzas? Burrata cheese! Load up your bread with your toppings of choice (here I use bell pepper and pepperoni) and pop them in the oven. Once they're hot and crispy, top them off with piles of creamy burrata, a specialty from southeast Italy made by filling balls of fresh mozzarella with curds and cream. The combination of the hot melted mozzarella and the cool luscious burrata is a match made in heaven.
