1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups milk
1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 packet dry onion soup mix

Steps:

  • In a casserole dish, mix the first three ingredients.
  • Lay chicken in mixture and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
  • Bake covered for 2 hours at 350 degrees F.
