FORGOTTEN CHICKEN image

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups minute rice
1 package onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water

Steps:

  • Mix together: soups, 1 can of water and rice. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Lay chicken on top of rice mixture and sprinkle with onion soup on top. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours. The rice on the outside edges should be slightly browned and crispy and the rice on the inside soft and moist.
