Steps:

  • Horseradish Sauce: Blend 3 T. prepared horseradish, 1 t. grated onion, 1/2 t. lemon juice with 1 cup mayo Mustard Sauce: Blend 1 T cream with 1 cup mayo and stir in prepared mustard to taste Caper Sauce: Mix 1 T. chopped capers, 1 T. cream and 1 cup tartar sauce (mayo and dill pickle relish) Onion-Horseradish Sauce: Blend 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix with 1 T milk, 2 t. prepared horseradish, a pinch of parsley, and 1 cup sour cream Barbecue Sauce: Blend prepared horseradish to taste with barbecue sauce
