Flourless Brownies image

Easy & quick, these brownies do not stay around for long!

Number Of Ingredients 6

6 ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick(s) salted butter
3/4 cup(s) sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup(s) baking cocoa, unsweet
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously with a whisk until completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Keep over low heat, add sugar and keep mixing. When mixture is smooth, turn off heat. Quickly add the eggs, baking cocoa, and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Use spray oil in an 8 or 9 inch dish. Pour batter evenly in pan. Bake for 10-13 minutes at 375.
