Steps:
- Place steak in a gallon ziplock bag
- Combine vinegar, 2 Tbsp oil, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, brown sugar, garlic, and pepper in a bowl, and whisk until salt and sugar are dissolved. Pour marinade over steak.
- Marinate steak a min of 2 hours up to 24 hrs in the refrigerator
- Take steak out and let sit at room temperature 15-30 min
- pre-heat oven to Broil
- Arrange herbs on wooden platter - set aside
- take steak out of marinade and dry w/ paper towels. Discard marinade
- Rub steak w 1 Tbsp oil
- Broil steak 3-4 inches from heating element 5 min, remove, flip steak and broil an additional 2-3 min
- Remove steak from broiler pan, place on bed of hers, Tent w/ foil and let rest for 10 min
