9 inches graham cracker crust
15 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon red food coloring
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 pint sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar

Steps:

  • Put egg yolks in large bowl of mixer and beat well.
  • Beat in the lemon juice, rind and vanilla.
  • Add the milk slowly.
  • Blend in the coloring and pour into crust.
  • Bake in 325* oven for 20 minutes.
  • Top with 1/2 pint sourcream mixed with 1 Tbsp sugar.
  • Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  • Return to oven for 5 more minutes, chill well before serving.
