Five Cup Fruit Salad image

1 can (8 1/4 oz.) pineapples chunks
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange sections, drained
1 cup coconut
8 oz sour cream
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Maraschino cherries and mint sprigs - garnish

Steps:

  • Mix pineapple, 1 Tbsp. of the pineapple juice, and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  • Cover and refrigerate several hours.
  • Garnish with maraschino cherries and mint sprigs.
