Fish Tikka image

200 g fish
2 tsp yoghurt
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp cooking oil
1/3 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. Cut the the fish into cube size pieces and mix with half of the red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and keep for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Take yoghurt in a mixing bowl and mix with all the remaining ingredients to make a thick mixture.
  • 3. Mix the fish cubes with this mixture and keep refrigerated for 3 hours or overnight to marinate.
  • 4. Now grill them till crisp golden and serve with cilantro mint sauce and sprouts salad.
