Fillets in Sour Cream image

This yummy recipe was in a leaflet that Tabasco put out in the early '80s.

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 teaspoon(s) butter
2 pound(s) haddock or fish of choice
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) tabasco
1 tablespoon(s) paprika
8 ounce(s) sour cream
1/4 cup(s) parmesan
1/4 cup(s) dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Place fillets in sprayed 2 qt. baking dish
  • Combine salt, Tabasco, paprika, sour cream and Parmesan and spread over fillets, covering them completely.
  • Top with crumbs and dot with butter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
