You can also double this safely. You can use whatever flavor of Jello you want; I used 1 package of strawberry & 1 package of raspberry in my doubled recipe. I also used the food processor instead of mashing. Very easy to make!

3 cups mashed fresh figs
3 cups sugar
1 (6 ounce) box Jello gelatin

Steps:

  • Mix in pan.
  • Bring to full rolling boil for 3 minutes.
  • Pour in jars& seal for 10 minutes.
