Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a 9 inch tube pan; line with waxed paper and grease again (or use generously greased and floured bundt pan).
- Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside.
- In large bowl, combine eggs, mincemeat, sweetened condensed milk, fruit and nuts. Add dry ingredients; blend well.
- Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Remove waxed paper.
