Steps:
- Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan with foil so edges of foil are above sides of pan. In a heavy 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, stir marshmallows, sugar, water and butter or margarine until marshmallows are melted and mixture comes to a boil. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium.Stir in chocolate chips and nuts until chips are melted. Quickly spread in pan. Cover and chill until set. Remove from pan and peel off foil. Let fudge come to room temperature. With a large knife, cut into 1-inch squares. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
