Fantastic Fruit Salad With Banana Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 1/2 cups watermelon balls
10 slices of cantaloupe
10 slices of honeydew
10 grapefruit sections
20 orange sections
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
------------------------------
BANANA SAUCE:
2 1/2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Steps:

  • Mound watermelon balls in center of platter. Arrange remaining fruit around the center like rays of sun. Serve with Banana Sauce. Banana Sauce: Combine bananas, lemon juice, sugar, and honey in blender and blend till smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
