Shallots
Rice vinegar
Dressing:
Orange zest
Thyme
Sherry vinegar
Walnut oil

Dijon mustard
Honey

Steps:

  • Slice shallots thin and soak in rice vinegar in fridge overnight to pickle Mix up dressing to taste Put everything on salad
