Falafel Tahini Sauce image

I love falafels and this sauce is perfect for them. Dip them in the sauce or just drizzle it over them - your choice.

1/2 c tahini
1/2 c nonfat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp water (more if needed to thin sauce)

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix very well.
  • 2. Use this sauce for Falafels.
