Steps:
- 1. Spray a 13X9X2 pan with Pam cooking spray. Put cheese in the pan and top with the chiles. Mix milk, eggs and Bisquick in a blender for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until frothy. Pour over chile and cheese mixture.
- 2. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 375 degrees and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
- 3. Finely chopped ham can be added on the chile layer for a complete breakfast quiche. There has never been any left-overs.
