Eunice's Easy Homemade Macaroni & Cheese image

This is the easiest and lightest macaroni & cheese I have ever had. Eunice (a friend of my Mom's) made this for us the first time. I couldn't get enough. I think you'll love it, just as we do.

VERY EASY & YUMMY MACARONI & CHEESE
8 oz macaroni
10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 c milk
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven at 350. Spray or grease a small baking dish.
  • 2. Boil macaroni by box direction. Drain & return to pot. Salt & pepper to taste.
  • 3. Mix eggs & milk. Scramble and pour over macaroni. Add 8 oz. cheddar and mix well.
  • 4. Pour into prepared dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
