ESPRESSO POT (MOKA POT) COFFEE
The moka pot, also known as a stove top espresso machine, is a coffee maker which produces coffee by passing hot water pressurized by steam through ground coffee.

Steps:
- Fill bottom of pot with water up to but not touching filter.
- Fill filter with coffee, tamp down gently.
- Place filter in bottom of pot. Screw top of pot on to bottom.
- Heat on stove top until coffee has perked up to the top of pot.
