Escalloped Corn Casserole image

Another Thanksgiving "must bring" dish!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 c melted butter
12 oz can of whole kernel corn, drained
12 oz can creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 c sour cream
1 pkg jiffy corn muffin mix

Steps:

  • 1. Stir all ingredients together. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes. Casserole is done when lightly browned and set in the middle.
