Steps:
- 1. If using frozen peas, cook as directed & drain. 2. Cook bacon in 10-inch skillet 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towel. 3. Cook onion and almonds in bacon dripping over medium heat 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is tender and almonds lightly browned. Remove from skillet. 4. In same skillet, melt butter. Add peas, crumbled bacon, onion, almonds, salt & pepper. Toss until heated through. Serve immediately.
