English Muffin Crab Cakes image

Great yummy party food that can be made ahead of time and frozen till ready to bake

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 lb can(s) crab meat
1 jar(s) kraft old english cheese spread
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 pinch garlic
1 pkg english muffins

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Split muffins in half and spread mixture on top of each muffin half. Bake in 350 oven for about 15 minutes until brown on top. Cut each muffin into 4 pieces or smaller an serve hot. May be made ahead of time and frozen till needed. delicious
