EMERIL'S MARINATED POTATO SALAD image

2 chopped tomatoes, seeds removed
1 chopped medium onion
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 pounds cooked new potatoes

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Marinade overnight. 3. Serve chilled
