This recipe is especially for those of us who do not care for mushrooms. Until now, I always thought beef stroganoff REQUIRED mushrooms. Not so. And I am happy about that because in the past I've always turned it down. Photo: yummly.com 01-13-16

Steps:
- 1. In a medium skillet over medium high heat, cook ground chuck until browned; drain.
- 2. Combine cooked beef, gravy and seasonings in the same skillet. Simmer three minutes, stiring occasionally. Stir in sour cream.
- 3. Serve immediately over noodles.
