This is a great recipe for a new salad and a nice snack or light lunch.The vinaigrette dressing is really good on this recipe. I think the recipe was for fresh fruit salad from a magazine about 15 years ago- I just used their concept for green beans.

Steps:
- Bake walnuts in a shallow pan at 350^, stirring occasionally, 5 to 10 minutes or until toasted; set aside. --- Combine oil and next 5 ingredients; cover and chill.
- Place cleaned green beans in bags to full line and microwave per directions on bag -about 3 minutes until beans are crisp-tender;drain any liquid from bag and dry gently.(use more than one bag if necessary)
- Combine walnuts, beans, onion,cranberries and cheese in a large bowl; toss well. Cover and chill. Pour oil mixture over bean mixture 1 hour before serving; toss just before serving. This is soooo good.
