This recipe is very easy to prepare as well as delicious. My family enjoyed this recipe and wants me to prepare it again.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg el monterey burritos (i used a package of 8)
1 can(s) 14 ounce can enchilada sauce
1 can(s) small can chopped olives
1 bunch (small) bunch green onions, chopped
2 small to medium tomatoes, diced
2 c cheddar or jack cheese, grated
1 pt sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Grease 9x12 inch pan.
  • 3. Heat Burritos thoroughly following instructions on package.
  • 4. Heat enchilada sauce to point of boiling.
  • 5. Pour sauce over burritos and cover with grated cheese, olives, onions and tomatoes.
  • 6. Drop sour cream by spoonfuls over top.
  • 7. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
  • 8. Serve with salsa.
  • 9. Serves 6 to 8.
