- 1. In small bowl, combine eggs, milk and salt; beat well. Pour into cup. Place in microwave.
- 2. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir egg mixture. Top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 30 seconds or until eggs are firm. Stir before serving.
