Eggless French Toast image

This is great for people who love french toast but hate eggs. *VEGAN* I like to add nutmeg in with the cinnamon.

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 ripe bananas
1 cup soymilk
2 tablespoons molasses or 2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
7 slices whole wheat bread
2 teaspoons oil

Steps:

  • Mash bananas in a bowl.
  • Add soy milk, molasses or maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  • Stir well.
  • Soak bread slices in mixture. Fry in lightly oiled skillet. Lightly brown both sides.
  • Top with your usual french toast toppings.
