EGG DROP SOUP image

I have seen countless recipes for EGG DROP SOUP, and just about all of them are different. Here's my verson. This recipe is for Eddie's cook book TIME after TIME

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 teaspoon(s) ginger chopped course
3 - green onions chopped fine
1 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
6 cup(s) chicken broth low salt or unsalted
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce, light
2 tablespoon(s) sherry vinegar
2 medium eggs well beaten
2 tablespoon(s) corn starch

Steps:

  • Cook chopped ginger and chopped onions in sesame oil
  • Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sherry vinegar.
  • Bring to a simmer, ster with a whisk add the egg mixture.
  • Cook for two minutes.
