1 slice bread
1 bunch mixed greens
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 tablespoon organic mild salsa
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Cook the egg in the light oil.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Put the greens on the toast, top with the egg and salsa.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
