Easy Turkey Chili image

Though it's true that this Easy Turkey Chili is a great way to enjoy leftovers from the holiday feast, it's also true that it tastes great year-round.

Yield Makes 4 servings, 1 cup each.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 onion, chopped
1 can (15.5 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup salsa
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 cups chopped leftover cooked turkey
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed

Steps:

  • Cook onions in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add next 4 ingredientsr; stir. Bring to boil. Stir in turkey; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
  • Top with cheese. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve with tortillas.
