3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 cups STOVE TOP Homestyle Herb Stuffing Mix in the Canister
1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
1-1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed
2 cans (5 oz. each) tuna, drained, flaked
1/2 cup reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped red peppers
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Steps:

  • Beat eggs and milk large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended.
  • Spoon into 9-inch microwaveable pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Cover loosely with waxed paper.
  • Microwave on HIGH 5 min. Stir to completely mix center and outside edge; smooth top. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave 5 min. or until center is set. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; cover. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
