- IN A SMALL, DRY PAN OVER MED HEAT. VERY SLIGHTLY BROWN ONE SIDE OF TORTILLLA...about 1 minute
- FLIP TORTILLA N SPOON ON SAUCE n place MOZZERELLA n SPRINKLE PARMESEAN
- COVER PAN N ON LOW/MED HEAT COOK FOR 1-2 MINUTES...UNTIL CHEESES IS SLIGHTLY MELTD.
