Steps:
- Heat olive oil and garlic in skillet. Stir in smoked sausage slices and cook until browned.
- Add pepper, onion, broccoli, broth & tomato sauce and simmer for 10 mins. or until veggies are tender and liquid is absorbed.
- While that is cooking. Prepare rice according to package. Stir cooked rice into the skillet and spinkle with cheese. Serve!!
