Dog ate the cookbook! you can also just leave it as a roast and cut it up after it has cooked. Use the liquid for gravy!

2 lbs round steaks
1 1/2 ounces onion soup mix
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water

Steps:

  • Slice steak into 5 serving size pieces; place in slow cooker.
  • Add soup mix, water, and soup. cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
