Number Of Ingredients 10

1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
2 green onions, diced
4 Tbsp light Kraft mayo
2 Tbsp non fat plain or greek
2 Tbsp light or fat free Italian dressing ( I use Light Olive Garden dressing
1 Tbsp white granulated sugar substitute ( I use Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener )
1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp cilantro for garnish, if desired

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl combine, coleslaw and diced green onions . Stir until scallions are incorporated into coleslaw mix.
  • In a small mixing bowl combine, light mayo, non fat plain or Greek yogurt, salad dressing, sugar substitute, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until all ingredients have been well combined.
  • Pour dressing over coleslaw. Stir until the dressing has been well combined with coleslaw mix.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight before serving. This allows the coleslaw to absorb the dressing and all the flavors.
  • Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
