Steps:
- Combine white wine and brown sugar in a slow cooker. Mix until sugar dissolves. Place pork tenderloin inside the slow cooker and sprinkle with apricots and prunes.
- Cook in the slow cooker on Low until pork is cooked through, about 7 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
