Easy Polish Wafer Mazurka Recipe - Mazurek na Waflu image

This easy no-bake recipe for Polish wafer mazurka or mazurek na waflu is made with purchased torte wafers. This dessert can be even easier if you use canned frosting, but the taste will be different. This mazurek is allowed to set in the refrigerator overnight before frosting. It's ideal for Easter because the iced top makes a perfect canvas to write Alleluja! or Wesolych Alleluja!, loosely translated as "Happy Easter." Read more about Polish mazurek.
