Easy Peasy Ham and Cheesy Roll Ups image

Frozen peas make this recipe as much fun to eat as it is to say! Perfect to pack in lunches or snack boxes.

1 cup frozen sweet peas
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch; from 11-oz package)
4 oz very thinly sliced deli ham

Steps:

  • Cook peas as directed on bag; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
  • Place peas, cheese, mayonnaise and salt in food processor. Cover; process until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides with rubber spatula.
  • Spread about 3 tablespoons mixture over each tortilla. Arrange ham over spread, covering entire tortilla. Roll up tightly; wrap each in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Unwrap rolls; cut into slices. Cover and refrigerate any remaining slices.
