Easy Meat Loaf image

This reciepe works well with a variety of wild ground game

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 - lb. ground meat ( beef, bison, elk, moose, caribou)
1 can(s) tomato sauce
1 - med. onion
1 cup(s) bread crumbs, dry
dash(es) pepper
2 clove(s) garlic
1/2 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce
TOPPING
3 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
3 tablespoon(s) yellow mustard
3 tablespoon(s) apple cidar vinagar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350. Mix all and put in a loaf pan
  • Mix topping and pour over meat mix. bake for about an hour
