Easy layered pumpkin pie image

I believe I got this recipe from cool whip, but I'm not sure. I've been making it for so many years, I forget, lol. I changed it up a little, but it's still so creamy and good.

4 ounce(s) redueced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 stick(s) 1% milk
1 tablespoon(s) sugar
1-1/2 dash(es) light cool whip, thawed
1 - reduced-fat graham cracker crust, like keeblers
1 cup(s) 1% milk
2 package(s) sugar-free, instant vanilla pudding mix
1 - 15 oz can pumpkin
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cloves

Steps:

  • In bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 tbsp milk and sugar until smooth. Stir in cool whip topping.
  • Spread cream cheese mix into bottom of crust. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk and pudding mix for 2 mins, or until thickened.
  • Stir in pumpkin and spices. Mix well. Pour over cream cheese mix. Cover, refrigerate 3 hrs.
