If only we'd been allowed to make terrariums like this when we were kids! This fun dessert is an easy way to please the kids (and the grown-ups, too.)

Yield Makes 16 servings, about 2/3 cup each.

Ingredients

2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) or 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
2 cups cold water
16 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookie, finely crushed
44 vanilla wafers, crushed
16 peanut butter sandwich cookies, coarsely crushed
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour into large glass bowl.
Refrigerate 45 min. or until set.
Top gelatin with a layer each of crushed vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, NILLA Wafers and peanut butter sandwich cookies to resemble a terrarium. Top with whipped topping for "snow."
