Easy Hamburger Gravy over Mashed Potatoes image

This makes a very easy and quick meal that is hearty and filling. My family always enjoys it.

2 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
3 can(s) beef gravy
mashed potatoes

Steps:

  • 1. Brown ground beef and onion then drain off grease.
  • 2. Mix gravy with ground beef & onions and simmer for five more minutes.
  • 3. Serve over mashed potatoes.
