Easy german chocolate pie image

What a great pie for anytime, but especially wonderful during the holidays.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1-1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 tablespoon(s) flour
3 tablespoon(s) cocoa powder
2 - eggs
1/2 cup(s) melted butter
1-1/4 cup(s) fat-free evaporated milk
1/4 cup(s) water
3/4 cup(s) chopped pecans
1/2 cup(s) shredded, sweetened coconut
1 - 9" unbaked pie shell

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. Place pie shell in pie pan. Set pan on a baking sheet.
  • In bowl, combine sugar, flour and cocoa powder. Stir in eggs and melted butter. Add milk, water, pecans and coconut.Mix well. Pour mix into pie shell.
  • Bake 35 mins or until set.
