Easy Frittata image

A carton of cholesterol-free egg product, some ready-made smoked ham and a cup of shredded taco cheese all add up to one easy frittata recipe.

1 carton (16 oz.) cholesterol-free egg product
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, chopped
1 cup KRAFT Cheddar & Asadero Cheese Deliciously Paired for Tacos, divided
3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix egg product, ham, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 2 Tbsp. of the cilantro until well blended.
  • Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Bake 30 min. or until top is puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbsp. cilantro.
