I break this dough up into 4 balls. Each time I want a individual flatbread pizza. I roll out one dough place it in the oven for 10 minutes then add toppings and bake another 7 minutes

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients together. Knead for about 5 minutes on floured board until smooth if too sticky add more flour. wrap in cling wrap and let sit at room temp for 30 minutes.
- 2. store in fridge. When ready to use roll out the dough in desired sizes. You can bake it at 350 degrees for flatbread pizza or fry it an in oil d use like naan
