- 1. Saute onion in oil in a small skillet until soft.
- 2. Then combine all ingredients (including the onion) in a slow cooker or crock pot
- 3. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours
- 4. Take a hand blender and whip all the ingredients together and you are finished.
