Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream

Steps:

Process cream cheese and milk in food processer until smooth. Add chocolate; process until blended. Add remaining ingredients; process until blended.
Pour into freezer-weight container.
Freeze 5 hours or until firm.
