Steps:
- In the top of double boiler,melt the chocolate.
- Add in the bread crumbs,almonds and salt.
- Combine well.
- Fold in the 4 stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Cover,steam in double boiler for 25 minutes.
- This can be served warm,or chilled,with whipped cream if desired.
